Australian Superyachts Pty Ltd requires a Superyacht Captain to join its expanding Yacht Management team in its Sydney offices.

Based at the Sydney Superyacht Marina in Rozelle, the full-time role will include assisting with the Superyacht Charter, Agency and Yacht Management business, and involve up to three days per week (including weekends) as captain of a ~90 foot private motor yacht on Sydney Harbour.

This position could ideally suit a current or former superyacht captain who is looking to move ashore and expand their career with a challenging role within a growing superyacht business.

The successful candidate will be Australian (or Australian Permanent Resident) and will demonstrate extensive experience in the global superyacht industry including charter yachts.

A high level of marine engineering, business administration, marketing and IT skills will be favourably regarded.

Minimum qualifications are Australian Master Class 4 / MCA Master Yachts 3000 Tons.

Salary negotiable as per candidate’s suitability.
